BOARD OF CONTRACT AND SUPPLY UTICA, NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS Specifications have been filed by the Board of Contract and Supply for: LOCKER ROOM RENOVATIONS AT THE UTICA CITY COURT 411 ORISKANY STREET WEST, UTICA, N.Y. Sealed bids for the aforementioned proposal shall be received at the Board of Contract and Supply office, 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica, New York, 13502, until 3:30 p.m. on October 15 th , 2026. Bids shall be opened and publicly read in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Utica, New York, immediately after the time set for receipt. The Issuing Office for the proposal forms, plans and specifications may be obtained from the Secretary of the Board of Contract and Supply, City Hall, 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica, N.Y. 13502. The deposit for Plans and Specifications is $0.00. Bids may be submitted only by persons who have received the bid proposals from the Board of Contract and Supply and are duly registered on the Bidder’s List. Bids shall be submitted only on the forms contained in the bid proposal package. There shall be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING October 7 th , 2026 at 10:00 a.m.at the Utica City Court, 411 Oriskany Street West, Utica, NY. No bids shall be received after 3:30 p.m. on the date set for receipt. Bids shall be addressed to the Board of Contract and Supply and be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder and the title of work to which it relates. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid security in the form described in the Instruction to Bidders, and shall include all the required bid forms, affidavits and statements. No contractor will discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex, or national origin. The Board of Contract & Supply resolved issuance of this bid proposal on September 10, 2026. The BOARD OF CONTRACT AND SUPPLY reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bid. Description
The City of Utica is soliciting sealed bids for renovations to the locker rooms at Utica City Court. Bidders must use the forms contained in the bid proposal package, be registered on the bidder list, and submit all required bid forms, affidavits, and statements. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 7, 2026, at the court.
