NASA's Shared Services Center is seeking written capabilities and qualifications regarding a proposed sole-source acquisition from SciAps, Inc. for alloy analysis equipment. The statement of work identifies one SciAps X-550 PMI Analyzer with X-ray fluorescence capabilities and one SciAps Z-901 CSi Analyzer using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy for carbon and silicon analysis in steels and stainless steel.
