Description
LND Technical Services is seeking New York State-certified MWBE and SDVOB subcontractors to support work involving testing, maintenance, and partial-discharge testing of 15 kV vacuum circuit breakers, protective relays, transfer switches, transformers, battery banks and chargers, analog metering systems, and electrical distribution systems. The scope covers multiple facility buildings and includes servicing 31 transformers and 28 switches. The work also includes providing and operating portable generators, coordinating outages and temporary power connections, installing UL-listed infrared windows in incoming switchgear, and delivering Arc Flash Safety Awareness Training compliant with OSHA and NFPA 70E (2024), plus Portable Generator Connection Training. Work must be performed by a New York State-registered professional electrical engineer, comply with applicable NETA, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and New York prevailing-wage requirements, and support participation goals of 6% MBE and 6% SDVOB.
