Description
Oneida County is soliciting sealed bids for general construction work to renovate and improve an emergency services facility at 120 Base Road, Oriskany, New York. The contractor must furnish all labor and materials and perform the work under Contract No. H2648701. Bids must use the proposal forms supplied in the Proposal Booklet. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the base bid is required in the form of a bid bond or certified check, and a performance bond of at least 100% of the bid price is required. Bidders must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and submit a Certificate of Registration. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements, applicable OSHA 10-hour training requirements, and New York State Labor Law.
