Description
Madison County is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of the Lebanon Road (County Route 62) Bridge over Stone Mill Brook. The contract documents include bid documents, an agreement, general and supplemental requirements, specifications, contract drawings, and addenda. Bidders must comply with prevailing-wage requirements. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5% of the total bid in an accepted form. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor-and-materials bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount. The solicitation also states a 0% DBE utilization goal, a 6.9% female participation goal, and a 3.8% minority participation goal.
