Description
Oneida County is soliciting sealed bids for General Construction Contract No. H2648701 to furnish all labor and materials and perform renovations and improvements at the Emergency Services Facility, 120 Base Road, Oriskany, New York. Bids must use the proposal forms provided in the Proposal Booklet and remain valid for 45 days after bid opening. A bid deposit consisting of a bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the base bid is required, and a performance bond of at least 100% of the bid price will be required. The contractor must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and submit its Certificate of Registration. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements and applicable construction safety-training requirements, including OSHA 10-hour certification for covered public-work projects.
