Description
The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for six estimated-quantity line items consisting of combination mast arm signal and lighting poles and mast arm signal poles. The specifications require tapered galvanized steel poles, signal mast arms, luminaire arms and extensions, transformer bases, anchor bolts, hardware, and related components designed for specified traffic signal and lighting loads in accordance with applicable AASHTO, ASTM, and City of Omaha standards. Vibration mitigators will be supplied separately by the City and are excluded from the bid. The bid is all-or-none, and pricing must include shipping, freight, and delivery. The awarded supplier must deliver the items to the City of Omaha maintenance yard. Required response materials include electronic bid-line pricing, a bid bond or acceptable substitute when applicable, a certificate of insurance, the completed and digitally signed Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, and a notarized Employee Classification Act affidavit. The original bid security must also be delivered to the City Clerk within seven calendar days after bid closing.
