Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, supporting the 55th Medical Group, seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive on-site maintenance and repair for eight Government-owned Steris units: three AMSCO 400 steam sterilizers with integral electric steam generators, one Reliance Vision single-chamber washer disinfector, two AMSCO 7052HP single-chamber washer disinfectors, and two IWECO5 ultrasonic instrument washers. The scope includes scheduled preventive maintenance, safety inspections, calibration, chamber cleaning, diagnostic checks, corrective and emergency repairs, service reporting, and maintenance of required software and firmware. The contractor must provide qualified technicians with current manufacturer training for the covered equipment, OEM or approved replacement parts, specialized tools, diagnostic software, technical documentation, and calibration equipment. The requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a single firm-fixed-price commercial services contract. Quotations will be evaluated for technical acceptability and price, with the solicitation materials requiring a completed equipment capability matrix, technical documentation, a completed pricing worksheet, a signed cover letter, and applicable representations and certifications.
