Description
The City of Salem seeks a contractor to remove and dispose of existing equipment and install a new 30-ton complete HVAC system and a new 35-ton complete rooftop HVAC system. Bids must use the furnished bid forms and include bid security equal to 10% of the bid. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required. Work is subject to applicable prevailing-wage requirements for bids exceeding $50,000.
