Description
The City of Redlands is soliciting a contractor to resurface various city streets under Project No. 211015. The work includes asphalt grind-and-overlay and remove-and-replace operations, slurry and crack sealing, leveling, earthwork, grading, demolition, disposal of excess soil and rock, and restoration of affected improvements. Additional work includes replacing curb and gutter, gutter pans, cross gutters, spandrels, driveways, and curb ramps; adjusting or replacing manhole and valve covers; installing traffic loops and blue reflective pavement markers; and replacing extensive thermoplastic striping, legends, lane lines, and pavement markings. The contractor must provide traffic control, utility verification and protection, surveying, stormwater pollution prevention, safety documentation, prevailing-wage compliance, and related construction management. The project has an estimated bid value of $3,300,000 and a duration of 100 working days.
