Description
The project involves abandoning approximately 5,400 linear feet of existing water line in residential areas and installing new 8-inch water line by open-cut construction. Associated work includes installing gate valves, water meters, and fire hydrants. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply. A bid security deposit in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check, or surety bond equal to 5% of the bid must accompany the sealed proposal.
