Description
Lawton Independent School District 8 is seeking licensing renewals for its existing Meraki wireless access points and switches. Vendors may bid on one or more complete options: one-year, three-year, or five-year licensing; bids for individual components within a project will be disqualified. Licensing must be compatible with the district's existing Meraki network, and bidders must provide documentation demonstrating compatibility unless bidding the preferred make/model. The bidder must complete and include the provided C2 Cover Page, with eligible and ineligible costs stated as exact dollar amounts and project-specific costs for applicable charges. A quote or bill of materials is also required. Refurbished equipment and equipment from manufacturers identified as national security threats by the FCC are not accepted. The district will select at most one of the three project options; any award is contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
