Description
The Comanche Nation is soliciting a turnkey renovation of its Cahoma Cache Community Center. Work includes removing and installing epoxy flooring in the gym, kitchen, and restrooms; replacing restroom partitions, toilets, wall panels, and lighting; installing quartz kitchen countertops and hardware; repairing the kitchen entry door; and adding HVAC vent covers in the gym. Contractors must take onsite measurements for the restroom and kitchen work. The project also includes installing two full-size outdoor basketball goals with high-school court striping and repairing the generator fence. Proposals must provide an itemized price breakdown and address the firm's qualifications, capacity, and five recent similar projects. Comanche Nation TERO certification and a general business license, if required, must be obtained before bidding; Native American-owned construction firms with current certification receive preference. The solicitation also requires compliance with the Comanche Nation's construction terms, including performance and labor-and-material payment bonds and specified insurance coverage.
