The U.S. Army intends to make a sole-source award for a firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide training and testing leading to International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians certification levels 1–5. The requirement includes personnel, facilities, equipment, supplies, and study materials, with training delivered in two two-week blocks totaling 60 hours. The certification sequence includes DC Basics, AC Basics, Analog Basics, Digital Basics, and Electronics Associate Comprehensive. This is a notice of intended sole-source award rather than a request for competitive proposals; interested parties may submit capability information for the Government's consideration.
