Description
The Town of Enfield is soliciting proposals for Penn Valley Pump (PVP) patented double-disc pump equipment repair and maintenance services. The selected contractor must be a PVP manufacturer-certified representative or distributor and manufacturer-authorized service provider. The scope includes supplying certified PVP double-disc pumps, OEM replacement parts and components, maintenance, inspections, repairs, replacements, rapid-response support, diagnostics, troubleshooting, documentation management, and training for facility staff. The contractor must provide labor-rate quotes for technicians, helpers, and laborers, including straight-time, overtime, daily or hourly, weekend, holiday, and emergency call-out rates. Proposal contents include an introduction, proof of authorized PVP factory repair and parts-reseller status, division of responsibilities, a completed Proposal Form, personnel information, similar-client references, authorized-signatory and company contact information, and the firm's Equal-Opportunity and Affirmative Action policies. The initial contract runs from execution through June 30, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals, for a maximum term of 36 months.
