Description
The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York is soliciting bids on behalf of SUNY Monroe Community College for a one-time purchase and dock delivery of specified Newport laboratory equipment. The detailed specifications include HeNe lasers, spatial filters, microscope objective lenses, high-energy pinholes, fiber-optic illuminators and bundles, lamps, mounts, clamps, optical posts, and mirror mounts in specified quantities and configurations. Approved equivalent products may be accepted at the client's sole discretion, but bidders must provide written evidence of comparability and identify any deviations. Bidders must submit the Bid Breakdown and Schedule electronically, including manufacturer and model information, manufacturer's cut sheets, construction and applicable installation specifications, attachment details, warranty information, and itemized deviations. The equipment will be delivered during coordinated normal-business-hour delivery windows; no installation or setup is required because the campus will handle those activities. The vendor remains responsible for delivery logistics, unloading, required traffic flagmen, debris removal, and correcting damaged or nonconforming deliveries. A one-year minimum guarantee applies to the delivered commodities.
