Description
The district seeks a contractor to remove and dispose of lockers in an upstairs hallway, remove attached items from walls and ceilings, prepare surfaces, and paint interior walls, door frames, handrails, ceilings, soffits, lintels, gymnasium doors, metal mezzanine doors, ducts, joists, and conduits. Exterior work includes scraping and cleaning columns and doors, removing and replacing sealant and caulking, and painting the columns, doors, and frames. The contractor must provide its own lifts or scaffolding, protect surrounding surfaces, maintain a safe and clean work area, secure tools and materials, and complete cleanup. A site visit or meeting must be scheduled by prospective bidders.
