South Piedmont Community College (SPCC) is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its campus locations across Anson and Union Counties. The contract will have an initial term of three years, beginning on the date of final contract execution. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual cleaning tasks for various campus buildings, including offices, restrooms, corridors, classrooms, labs, auditoriums, and chapels. Services will encompass general cleaning, waste removal, floor care, window cleaning, and specialized event support. The vendor will be responsible for providing labor, uniforms, approved cleaning chemicals, and equipment, while SPCC will supply essential items like paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap dispensers. Pricing for day porters at specific campuses and hourly rates for special events and emergency services are also required. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held on June 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at the OCH Campus, 1851 South Piedmont St., Monroe, NC 28110. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
