Description
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is soliciting qualified contractors to rehabilitate select stormwater management ponds serving Airsides 1 and 3 at Orlando International Airport. The work includes removing accumulated sediment and restoring pond embankments to restore designed and permitted capacity, maintain the airfield drainage system, and support environmental and regulatory compliance. Contractors must demonstrate experience with airfield or comparable stormwater infrastructure projects and comply with applicable environmental, permitting, and safety requirements. Addendum 3 requires submission of either a Certified General Contractor license or a Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor license. Addendum 4 clarifies that a bid bond is required and adds bid-security requirements; the solicitation includes a bid bond form and corporate-principal certificate form.
