Description
The City of Frisco is seeking a turnkey vendor to rent, deliver, install, maintain, and remove outdoor holiday decor, large or oversized holiday-themed photo opportunities, ribbon decor, and commercial-grade lighting for 4th Street Plaza. The scope includes all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, electrical accessories, cable ramps, lifts, securing methods, and weatherproofing needed for a complete installation and safe operation from November through January. The vendor must provide maintenance and troubleshooting within 48 hours' notice during the holiday period and remove all items during the first week of January. The contract is planned as a one-year annual contract with up to four optional one-year renewals, with additional decor and related items potentially added for other events subject to budget approval. The annual rental budget may not exceed $30,000. Responses must include the completed Bid Form and Signature Page, proposed design mockups and photos with corresponding costs, a decor inventory with pricing, and three references. A certificate of insurance is required with the response, including general liability coverage of $2 million per occurrence and $4 million aggregate; other conditional coverage requirements may apply based on the services provided.
