Description
The City seeks a qualified firm to safely decommission, dismantle, and remove designated heavy industrial machinery, ancillary equipment, and appurtenances from a four-story former flour mill building, including equipment on the roof level. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, rigging, and materials and comply with applicable codes and regulations. Removed items must be transported to storage as directed by the City. Storage may be in a City-provided shipping container onsite or in another building.
