Description
Ontario County’s Office for the Aging is seeking pricing for color printing and mailing of newsletters, plus color printing and delivery of brochures. Newsletters are expected to be ordered four times per year, with approximately 2,200–2,800 per order, printed double-sided on 11-by-17-inch sheets, finished as 8.5-by-11-inch publications of up to 20 pages, saddle-stitched, folded, and mailed using an address spreadsheet supplied by the County. Any leftover newsletters are to be delivered flat to the Office for the Aging. Brochures are expected to be ordered about twice per year, with approximately 400–500 per order. They are 8.5-by-11-inch, double-sided color pieces, tri-folded and delivered. Quotes should provide unit pricing for newsletter printing, newsletter mailing, and brochure printing. The contract term is 12 months from award, with up to two additional 12-month renewals by mutual agreement.
