Description
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana is soliciting grand jury and deposition court reporting services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide at least two court reporters and one videographer to record and transcribe proceedings, produce searchable PDF transcripts within specified turnaround times, provide same-day and expedited transcript options, support remote depositions, and supply synchronized video when requested. Services include attendance, cancellation, travel, transcript preparation, exhibit handling, and delivery through approved secure methods. The work involves highly sensitive grand jury information and requires approved personnel, background investigations, security training, secure processing and storage facilities, approved standalone information-technology equipment, monitored intrusion detection, controlled access, encryption, secure transportation, and strict destruction or return procedures. The solicitation requests a cover page, technical volume with key-personnel resumes and remote-deposition approach, past-performance volume with up to three similar references completed within three years, and a complete pricing schedule. The contract is an IDIQ, time-and-materials arrangement with a base year and four one-year options, beginning December 15, 2026.
