Description
The Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans is soliciting bids for repair of a compromised trolley lift cable system in a paint booth. The work includes installing temporary supports, removing damaged cable and structural components, fabricating and installing a new upright C-channel post, replacing the trolley lift cable set and associated hardware, repositioning an additional cable channel, and performing inspection, testing, and commissioning. The scope also includes removing accumulated material from lift pits, using a vacuum truck for safe access and cleaning, transporting and disposing of removed materials, and providing all required labor, equipment, materials, travel, mobilization, and consumables. The solicitation is a fixed-price procurement with delivery of goods no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the executed contract and purchase order. A Certificate of Conformance is required with each shipment.
