Description
The City of Warwick is soliciting bids for a one-year term contract for water-system supplies. The pricing schedule includes valve boxes and covers, service and curb boxes, gate, tapping, and butterfly valves, bends, tees, hydrant anchor tees, caps, tapping sleeves, reducers, mechanical-joint accessories, offsets, gland packs, crosses, PVC water-main pipe, ductile iron water-main pipe, and related fittings and accessories. Products must meet the specified AWWA/ANSI standards, pressure ratings, materials, joint types, coatings, dimensions, and other requirements. The bid requires pricing by item and size, with quantities treated as estimates rather than a guaranteed purchase volume. Prices are to remain firm for the stated one-year term, with a possible additional term by mutual agreement.
