Description
The Town of Ansonville is soliciting fixed-price construction bids for housing reconstruction at approximately three qualified, low- to moderate-income, owner-occupied single-family properties. The scope may include installation of new manufactured housing, utility hookups, driveway improvements, decks, stairs or ramps, storage-unit procurement, and removal or demolition of existing housing. Contractors able to work efficiently across multiple properties will be viewed favorably. Contractors must submit completed bids and contractor applications, participate in regular in-person and/or virtual meetings, and arrange weekly virtual inspections with Centralina Regional Council or its subcontractors. The project is funded through a $950,000 Community Development Block Grant award, Grant No. 21-C-4007 NR.
