Description
The City of Lyons, Georgia, is requesting qualifications from architectural firms to provide design and construction oversight services for an event center associated with Hurricane Helene recovery. Work must comply with applicable federal and state requirements, including the FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide FP 104-009-02, and required federal contract provisions. The qualification package will be evaluated on experience with similar building construction projects, references, and the capability and availability of professional staff at reasonable rates. Respondents must submit a technical qualification package, references, a list of subcontractors, an online position-and-rate form, required portal certifications and declarations, and a drug-free workplace policy if required by the response instructions.
