Community Assisted and Supported Living, Inc. is seeking a construction contractor for its scattered-site rental rehabilitation project in Lee County, Florida. The scope is identified as rental rehabilitation and hardening work; detailed requirements are contained in the bid package. The bid package may be obtained through the organization's website or by contacting Ken Azar. Bidders are responsible for checking for addenda before submitting a bid. Questions must be submitted in writing and will be answered through an addendum. The project is funded in whole or in part by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant funds awarded by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners, Human and Veteran Services.
