Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Portageville is soliciting sealed bids for new HVAC systems and related materials for dwelling units at Development Sites MO42-001 and MO42-002 under Capital Fund Program MO36-P042-501-26. The work is subject to Section 3 requirements, Equal Employment Opportunity provisions, applicable minimum wages, and Federal Davis-Bacon residential construction wage rates for New Madrid County. Bids must include the Statement of Bidder's Qualification Form, references, HUD Form 5369A, a 5% bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond, a Non-Collusive Affidavit, and the Section 3 Business Form. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for the full contract price, as well as general liability and vehicle liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance as required by Missouri law. Sales tax must not be included in the bid.
