Description
Shelby County Government has identified a single-source need for professional services supporting the Shelby County District Attorney Office's existing JustWare case file management system. The scope includes resolving tickets involving SSRS reports, JDA Documents, Business Rules, and SQL scripts; troubleshooting the system; and providing technical assistance concerning the system's interactions with the County's case management system, including functionality questions, error-message resolution, and process consulting. Services are to be provided from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Interested parties must submit a letter of interest and detailed total pricing by email. The notice states that it is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications and that the County intends to proceed under its single-source purchasing process.
