Greene County Tech School District in Arkansas has submitted its plan for the use of American Rescue Plan Act Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) funds. The plan covers three main areas: creating safe and healthy learning environments, addressing lost instructional time, and supporting educator and staff stability.
