Description
Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District is soliciting sealed, unit-price bids for replacement of approximately 27,000 square feet of concrete panels in the West Canal, equivalent to approximately 150 unreinforced panels. Work must comply with District specifications, applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, Washington public-works laws, and prevailing-wage requirements. All work within the canal prism must be completed by March 5, 2027. Bidders must inspect site conditions through the scheduled pre-bid site visit; attendance by a bidder representative is required. Bids must use the provided bid form and include bid security equal to at least 5% of the bid amount in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond on the District form. The successful bidder will be required to provide additional bonds and execute the specified non-collusion, debarment, and wage-payment certifications. Bids will be evaluated on the lowest responsible responsive bid.
