Description
Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is soliciting proposals for a term contract providing a $150 million working capital revolving line of credit and a $175 million committed line of credit to support the University's commercial paper program. The commercial paper liquidity facility will replace the existing $175 million facility backed by Truist, while the working capital facility will replace existing lines with Truist and First Bank and Trust. The University prefers closing in November 2026 for the commercial paper liquidity facility and December 2026 for the working capital facility. Existing working capital lines had no usage during the preceding 24 months.
