Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority is soliciting a one-time purchase of one new culvert inspection camera system. The system must support remote visual inspection and condition documentation of circular, elliptical, and box culverts from 15 to 96 inches, with a crawler, motorized reel, at least 350 feet of cable travel, Full HD live and recorded video, adjustable lighting, pan/tilt and zoom, self-cleaning lens capability, laser measurement, and ruggedized equipment suitable for wet and contaminated environments. The system must include PACP Version 8-compliant inspection software certified by NASSCO for Version 8 import and export, real-time defect coding, GPS-tagged video and reports, GIS-compatible data export, still-image capture, and USB export. It must be configurable for installation in a full-size cargo van or 3/4-ton pickup, although installation will be performed by the agency. The quotation must include delivery, all accessories and mounting hardware, one perpetual software license, updates and technical support for at least 12 months after acceptance, documentation demonstrating compliance with every mandatory specification, manufacturer warranty documentation, signed agency terms and conditions, and completed pricing pages.
