Description
Texas A&M University Athletics is seeking a partner to furnish and execute special effects for all home football games at Kyle Field and additional home athletics events, including soccer, baseball, softball, track and field, and basketball. Services include CO2/cryo effects, fog, pyrotechnics, confetti, flame effects, and fireworks. Addendum 1 adds a requirement for a minimum of 15 fireworks firing positions off the scoreboards and stadium roof for all football games. The provider must furnish, deliver, install, test, execute, take down, and inspect the effects, with licensed technicians and appropriate permits. Pricing must include per-game services, optional postgame musical fireworks shows, additional effects and equipment, permits, delivery, consumables, and technician travel. The initial service start date is explicitly stated as September 19, 2026, and home-football services should be priced per game so they apply only to games requested after award.
