Description
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Bemidji is seeking a general contractor for an occupied apartment rehabilitation project involving replacement of 17 plumbing stacks in 100-unit bathrooms. The work includes demolition, mechanical work, gypsum board, and painting. Tenants will vacate the work areas for eight hours per day. Bidders must submit the provided Bid Form. The project requires a performance and payment bond, compliance with the higher of Minnesota prevailing wage rates or Davis-Bacon wage rates for each labor class, and compliance with BABA requirements. Offers remain irrevocable for 120 days after submission.
