Description
The contractor must remove deteriorated entry boots from underground storage tank No. 6, clean the associated sumps, and furnish and install manufacturer-approved replacement boots. The work includes hydrostatic integrity testing after installation and a retest 20–30 days after completion. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, disposal, transportation, and supervision, and submit a final repair report with procedures, materials, photographs, certified test results, required UST records, and disposal or recycling records. Work must comply with applicable environmental and safety requirements, and a one-year warranty on parts and labor is required. The quote must include one price for the entire job, a narrative of the proposed approach of no more than one page, and up to three references for similar work performed within the last three years. Evidence of technician qualifications is optional. The solicitation is a total SDVOSB set-aside; offerors must be certified and listed in the SBA certification database. Work is to be completed within 45 days of award, with the retest occurring 20–30 days after completion.
