Description
North Dakota State University seeks a complete, integrated system to replace its existing pure-water treatment system and produce and support distribution of ASTM Type I and Type III water. Minimum requirements include production capacities of 9,720 gallons per day for Type III and 2,592 gallons per day for Type I, distribution supplies of 10 GPM and 26 GPM respectively, and 500-gallon Type III and 250-gallon Type I storage tanks. The system must include appropriate treatment, pumping, controls, monitoring, alarms, and BAS/BMS interface capability. The vendor is responsible for system design, engineering, equipment selection and fabrication, factory testing, delivery, installation instructions, technical supervision, startup and commissioning support, training, documentation, warranty, and service support. Field installation is generally performed by the university’s contractors. Proposals must include a technical response with compliance information, system and implementation details, qualifications and references, and a separate cost proposal. The project must be completed by June 15, 2027.
