Description
The City of Fargo seeks quotes for one new or used midsize SUV for its Health Department. The vehicle must meet the listed specifications, including all-wheel drive, automatic transmission, seating for at least five, and specified safety and operating-condition requirements. Used vehicles must be in good operating condition, have a clean title, and be offered with disclosure of model year, mileage, vehicle history, condition, and remaining warranty. The total purchase price must not exceed $20,000, including delivery, dealer fees, registration, and title. Vendors must identify the vehicle’s make, model, warranty, condition, and total price; the City will evaluate cost, experience, and specifications and may inspect the vehicle before acceptance. Delivery must be available within 30 calendar days of award.
