Description
The Hawaii State Judiciary is seeking optional written comments in response to a Request for Information concerning service activities that may be conducted through telehealth or telemedicine, including audiovisual and audio-only methods. The RFI states that telehealth and telemedicine contacts would be treated as equivalent to face-to-face contacts and paid at the same rate. Participation is optional and does not create an obligation for the Judiciary or respondents, nor does it guarantee a subsequent procurement or contract award. The Judiciary may adopt, reject, or use submitted recommendations without obligation.
