This is an annual Notice of Participation advising potential suppliers that Dalhousie University will participate in one or more procurements conducted by the Province of Nova Scotia, Public Services and Procurement Canada (formerly PWGSC), Interuniversity Services Inc. (ISI), Kinetic GPO, Canoe GPO, and any other group buying organization meeting the requirements of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. This is not a public competition or RFx; it is a notice of intent to use cooperative purchasing arrangements.
