Description
The Levittown Public Library and Levittown Union Free School District are soliciting bids for phased carpet replacement at the Levittown Public Library. The work includes demolition and disposal of existing carpeting and resilient base, followed by installation of new carpet tile and rubber base. The owner will handle moving and storing existing furniture during the work. The anticipated project cost is approximately $300,000. Bidders must be properly licensed for the applicable trades and able to obtain the required performance bond, separate labor and material payment bond, and insurance. A 5 percent bid security is required with each bid.
