Description
The City of McAllen is seeking a supplier for thermal airline boarding passes and continuous-roll thermal baggage tags. Boarding passes must be waterproof, single-sided, blank, non-magnetic, fan-folded, 3.25 by 8 inches, 7 mm thick, and packaged at 1,000 passes per box and five boxes per case. Baggage tags must be thermal, 21.125 by 2.125 inches, 3.15 mils thick, and packaged at 200 tags per roll and 12 rolls per case. Vendors must identify the manufacturer and model and state the delivery time after receipt of order in the pricing line-item comments. The revised specifications must be completed, signed with an original signature, and uploaded through the City's bidding portal. Any deviations must be identified in the designated column and explained in an attached letter if additional space is required. Three samples of each product must be delivered by the quotation deadline in a sealed envelope marked with the project number and solicitation name. Addendum No. 1 revises the specifications and must be acknowledged, signed, and attached to the submittal.
