Description
The New York State Office of Mental Health, on behalf of Kingsboro Psychiatric Center, is soliciting preventive maintenance and time-and-material repair services for the facility’s generators and associated equipment. The scope covers generators serving Buildings 1, 2, 22, and 34; fuel storage tanks and monitoring systems; fuel-oil filtration and polishing systems; batteries, chargers, transfer equipment, louvers, controls, and related components. Services include minor and major preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, load and compliance testing, generator test reporting, fuel and coolant analysis, filter and oil changes, emergency response, and approved repairs or component replacement. The contract is structured for five years, from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2032. The contractor must provide trained and experienced technicians, comply with NFPA 110 and prevailing-wage requirements, respond to emergency on-site requests within two hours, and provide required maintenance records, test reports, certified payroll documentation, and repair support. The solicitation requires a signed Excel Bid Quote Sheet and numerous certifications, utilization plans, references, insurance and licensing documentation, and other New York State forms.
