Description
The City of Omaha is soliciting bids for renovation of the male and female restroom and shower areas at the Common Ground Recreation Center. Work includes selective demolition; new floor and wall tile and base; new toilet and shower partitions and accessories; painting; and related work shown in the plans and specifications. Existing plumbing fixtures and countertops are generally to remain and be reused, with removal and replacement as needed to install tile. The bid includes three alternates: painting additional ceiling areas, painting additional wall areas, and using epoxy grout throughout.
