Description
The City of Omaha seeks a contractor to remove 21 specified trees, cutting each as close to the ground as possible, and remove and dispose of all debris at the contractor’s expense. The contractor must leave yards and streets clean and repair any damage to streets, turf, or private property. The contractor is also responsible for coordinating any necessary road closures or assistance from OPPD. All work must be completed no later than December 15, 2026. The bid is all-or-none: vendors must price every bid line item. Required response attachments include a signed and notarized Employee Classification Act and Fair Labor affidavit, a completed and digitally signed Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, a current certificate of insurance, a completed SEB Participation Disclosure Form, and the company’s City of Omaha Arborist License. The solicitation’s SEB participation requirements apply; the attached utilization form identifies the applicable certified business categories and reserved scope.
