Description
Duchesne Academy is soliciting bids for dedicated direct fiber, or an equivalent, Internet and data transmission service under a three-year contract with three one-year extension options. Bidders must provide options for symmetrical bandwidths of 2 Gbps, 3 Gbps, 5 Gbps, 8 Gbps, and 10 Gbps, with monthly recurring costs identified for each option and any one-time installation cost stated separately. The preferred schedule calls for fiber or equivalent installation in April, if necessary, with service beginning July 1, 2027. Pricing is to remain firm for the initial three-year period and may be adjusted annually downward or in accordance with the stated pricing provisions. Proposals will be evaluated on price, guaranteed network availability, prior vendor experience, and local or in-state vendor status. Bidders must provide their guaranteed network availability percentage and related service-level-agreement details, including measurement methodology, maintenance exclusions, outage reporting procedures, and applicable service credits.
