The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting a public construction solicitation for terrazzo work associated with the restoration, code compliance upgrades, and renovation of the Édifice Gérard-D.-Lévesque. The scope includes all required expertise, labor, materials, equipment, services, and related work necessary to complete the terrazzo portion of the project. The work must be completed within 50 weeks from the contract start date or written authorization to proceed. A bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount is required. The solicitation also requires Québec or Canadian construction work and at least 15% Québec or Canadian materials and equipment by value. Bidders must hold the required building-sector qualifications and licenses and maintain a permanent establishment in Québec or an applicable intergovernmental-agreement jurisdiction.
