Description
The City of Omaha seeks a contractor to remove 22 specified trees, cutting them as close to ground level as possible. The contractor must remove and dispose of all debris at its own expense, leave yards and streets clean, repair any damage to streets, turf, or private property, and coordinate any necessary road closures or assistance from OPPD. All work must be completed by December 15, 2026. The bid is all-or-none across the listed work. The response requires a current certificate of insurance, a completed Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, an Employee Classification Act and Fair Labor Standards affidavit, a City of Omaha Arborist License, and the SEB Participation Disclosure Form. The solicitation also requires completion of the electronic bid response fields and applicable acknowledgments.
