Description
The City of Omaha is soliciting a quote to remove 21 specified trees, cutting them as close to ground level as possible. The contractor must remove and dispose of all debris at its own expense, leave yards and streets clean, and repair any damage to streets, turf, or private property. The contractor is also responsible for coordinating any necessary road closures or assistance from OPPD. All work must be completed no later than December 15, 2026. The response requires an electronic bid, including a completed Employee Classification Act and Fair Labor affidavit, a digitally signed Responsible Contractor Compliance Form, a Certificate of Insurance showing current coverage, a completed SEB Participation Disclosure Form, and the company's City of Omaha Arborist License. The solicitation is an all-or-none bid.
